Wedding Punch Recipes


2 c. water
2 rounded tbsp. Nestea instant tea
3 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. grenadine
1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale
1 block of ice
Fresh pineapple and fresh strawberries for garnish

Combine in 2 quart container water and Nestea and stir briskly. Add orange, lemon and pineapple juices, sugar, and grenadine. Stir to dissolve sugar. Chill.

Place large block of ice in punch and pour Nestea mixture over it. Add ginger ale. Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple cut in bell shapes and large fresh strawberries cut in halves lengthwise. It is not necessary to wait for a wedding to serve this punch - good for any occasion! Yield: 22 (4 ounce) servings


3 qt. pineapple juice
3 pt. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 qt. ginger ale
Vodka can be added to this to suit your taste

Mix liquid well and pour over block of ice in punch bowl. Garnish with orange slices if desired




2 (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (12 oz.) frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 qt. chilled water
1 light bottle ginger ale
1 light bottle sparkling water
1 lg. bottle sparkling white grape juice or champagne
Fresh strawberries
Mint leaves

Combine juices and water in a large punch bowl; mix well. Right before serving, add ginger ale, sparkling water and juice or champagne. Stir to blend. Garnish with strawberries and a sprig of mint. (Freeze yellow colored water with a silk flower or two to match colors of wedding, shower, etc. in muffin tin rounds for other garnishes.)
